Terms of service
The terms that apply when you buy and use a prepaid travel eSIM from esimbloom, including delivery, validity and acceptable use. The full text is set out on this page.
What the terms cover
The terms describe what you are buying — a prepaid, data-only mobile data plan delivered as an eSIM profile — and the obligations on both sides: how and when the profile is delivered, when a plan's validity period begins, what constitutes acceptable use of the data, and the limits of esimbloom's liability if an underlying network is unavailable.
They also cover the parts of the service that depend on third parties. Plans are supplied by wholesale eSIM networks and payments are handled by external processors, so the terms explain how those relationships affect your purchase.
Related policies
The refund policy governs when a plan can be returned, and the privacy policy covers the personal data involved in an order. Read all three together — each covers a different part of the same transaction, and the full text on this page is what applies.
